Online AS Procedures

01Receiving (ON-OFF LINE)
Call (032-870-0900) or register the A/S over the Internet if the product is faulty.
02Product Packaging
Please wrap the product in a box and wait as the courier comes in.
03Carrier
The courier will be visiting within 2-3 days of receipt. (The product will arrive at the main office in 2-3 days.)
04Product identification and repair
Check product for defects and enter A/S.
05Claims and Deposit for Repair
We will notify you of the A/S cost after repair.
06Product Shipment
We'll send the repaired product to you by courier. (2-3 days later)
07Check product and satisfy customer
Check after receiving the product that has finished the repair.
